is the Glenn E. Futrell Distinguished University Professor of Environmental Engineering in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering at NC State. From 2012 to 2015, he chaired the Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
