Diego Cardeñosa

was born in Colombia where he studied Biology and did his Masters in Biological Sciences at the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota Colombia. Currently he is doing his Ph.D. at Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York, focusing on developing protocols to monitor the international shark trade and enhance our capacity to enforce international rules for trade of endangered species.
